But the thing is, if Clean Eating talks about the importance of eating only humanly raised animals, shouldnt that translate to the humane treatment of domestic animals as well The upcoming Olympic games in Sochi have been surrounded by a number of political and social controversies. Lexington launches hotline for short-term rental complaintsCity unveils new way to report issues against rentals like Airbnb and VrboNovember 19, 2024 Walker Simmons, LEXINGTON, Ky.  ABC 36 NEWS NOW  鈥?Residents in Lexington now have a dedicated way to file complaints against short-term rental properties like Airbnb and Vrbo.The city introduced a 24/7 hotline at 859-710-9048 and an online reporting form to address issues such as noise disturbances or unlicensed properties. This is going to allow us one centralized place to gather that evidence, and then research it and potentially issue citations for violations of the ordinance,  said Wesley Holbrook, Director of Revenue for the City of Lexington.The online form lets users specify the type of complaint, the property   location, and additional details. Officials tell ABC 36 they have received complaints about unlicensed rentals and problems with registered units, including noise and parties. Since we ;ve seen the ordinance go into pl stanley cup ace and become effective of January of this year, we ;ve seen a handful of complaints,  Holbrook said.  A lot of what we ;ve seen is units operating without a license.   CNN  鈥斅燭he Nashville police chiefs son, who was聽wanted in the shooting of two officers, was found dead Tuesday night after leading police on a car chase, authorities sai stanley mexico d.John Drake Jr., 38, was being sought on two counts of attempted first-degree murder after a shooting that injured the police officers during a struggle Saturday night in La Vergne, a suburb of Nashville.Drake Jr. resurfaced Tuesday, when he stole a car from a couple at gunpoint after they w stanley sverige ouldnt give him a ride, Metropolitan Nashville Police Department spokesperson Don Aaron said.When officers spotted him in the stolen car, Drake Jr. led them on a pursuit, Aaron said.
