Two new reports from the Department of Justice give a detailed outlook of the U.S. incarceration picture. One report focuses on local jails and another on state and federal prisons.Both reports show a sharp rise in the number of women behind bars. According to theDepartment of Justice, between 2021 and 2022 the number of women in jail rose by 9%.The number of women imprisoned in the U.S. has been rising for years. The Times-Call reports the 71-year-old man was biking near the Longmont Recreation Center when he was attacked the evening of Nov. 5. They are learning to reintegrate into the country whose government they have spent years trying to overthrow.These are men who helped carry out Rwanda   horrific 1994 genocide, and then formed a rebel army that has been fighting ever since.After the carnage of the Rwanda genocide, which began 25 years ago this April, the men who carried out the massacre of at least 800,000 mostly Tutsi people fled west to neighbouring Democratic Republic of Congo.Some of them are former members of Rwanda   army.
